Progress Update

Thank you to everyone who has shown support to Solace since our launch a few weeks ago! A few exciting updates to share with our community regarding what we’ve been up to:

• Since we launched we’ve successfully vetted and onboarded over 30 high-quality fractional executives and professionals across various disciplines including Finance (e.g. Fractional CFO, Controller, Bookkeeper), Tech/Software Engineering (e.g. Fractional CTO, Developer, UX/UI), Marketing (e.g. Fractional CMO, SEO Strategists), HR (Fractional CHRO, Fractional HR), Operations (Fractional COO), Sales (Fractional CSO, Fractional Business Development), and more

• We’re thrilled to announce that we've had our first start-up client bring in one of our fractional executives to their team as a fractional CTO this month and they’ve already started working together

• We’ve been working closely with our fractional professionals and our first clients by taking their feedback on our key business processes, tools, templates, etc. to enhance related aspects of our business and drive our product roadmap requirements and priorities

Our focus up until now has been on building up our pool of fractional executives and professionals to ensure that we have a robust supply of professionals ready to meet the anticipated demands from start-ups and small to medium businesses (SSMBs). For the next quarter, we’re shifting our focus to getting out there and meeting as many SSMBs as we can, educating them on how Solace can help their businesses grow, and establishing more connections between them and our pool of talent.
